I called Pinnacle seeing their excellent reviews online. Jacob lived up to our expectations. He was thorough as he walked through the whole house taking measurements. He sat with us and explained everything that needed to be done in detail giving us all the options we had available for the work that needed to be done and recommendations on what we could do for areas that had some movement but didn’t need any foundation work done. He gave us his direct number to call for a re-evaluation six months later which adds a nice personal touch to any business!

Couldn’t ask for a more professional foundation company. Came out as soon as they could, very professional, helped with any questions I had. Would recommend them 10 out of 10.

Grant deserves more than 5 stars. I’m in the middle of closing a home and needed someone urgently before my option expired. Everybody was a week out, which would be too late for me however, Grant stepped up and shuffled his schedule around so he could accommodate me between his other jobs. And best of all, he was honest and did not upsell me. Thank you, Grant.

Pinnacle Foundation Repair lifted our house in March of this year. After our initial consultation with Luis, my husband and I knew that we were in good hands. His recommendations were clear and concise, and we knew exactly what to expect from the lift. It was easy to get on their schedule, and their website has plenty of resources to learn about the process as you wait. Agustin supervised the crew during the lift, and he did a great job keeping me informed throughout the workday. We have had other contractors at our home for various repairs and renovations... The work ethic of the crew at Pinnacle Foundation Repair was unmatched. They were fast, efficient, and completed the lift ahead of schedule. Everything was put back exactly how it was before they arrived. They even returned a few days later to fill in a hole formed by heavy rains with soil. Recently, we noticed cracking on the side of the house that was not lifted. Luis returned to our home for another evaluation. He assured us that the house had not moved and took additional measurements to refer to, if needed in the future. Living in North Texas, having a trusted foundation repair company is a must. Luis worked with me and answered all of my questions. He was extremely patient with me. The crew showed up and got right to business. They are very efficient, and updated me as issues (out of their control) were discovered. Kudos to the entire crew. They kept the work area as clean as possible. I hope I never have to call them again, but if I do, I feel confident they will take care of me.Previous owner of my new home had foundation work done, and limited documentation. The piers were not adjustable, so they had to be disabled and a new pier was added. I went with the hybrid pier. It's been a few months - so far, so good.
